Songoroo streamer does not play any music

If you have the Songoroo streamer installed and it isn’t playing any music, please make sure that:

  • The streamer is plugged into electricity and lights are lit indicating that the device is working,
  • The streamer is plugged into the Internet,
  • The streamer is clearly not damaged, i.e. there is no problem due to mechanical damage to the device,
  • The location, which the streamer is installed in, is open at a given moment, meaning the location’s opening hours are set correctly in the Songoroo client zone. It should be noted that music streaming is active only during the opening hours of respective location, plus a buffer of a few minutes before opening and after the closing hours.

If all of the above is in order, unplug the device from electricity for a while and plug it back in. After a few minutes, the device shall reboot automatically, while the streamer should fix the malfunction on its own.
