Small plug-and-play device provided at no extra charge (in case of Premium package). It will reach you already pre-configured for your individual needs and no further installation or pairing with location is required. Just plug it to the Internet, electricity and audio system. The device will start streaming automatically within a couple of minutes.
We strongly recommend this option as it gives you many advantages over the streamer-free solution (please see the below section for details). Price of the Songoroo streamer is included in your subscription fee.
The music stream will start as soon as you successfully register with us. What you need is a PC, the Internet connection and audio system. No additional hardware is required.
This solution is ideal for a trial period to try out some of the Songoroo´s functionalities. But, even though using streamer-free solution does not limit you, your customers or your employees in any way from experiencing uniqueness of Songoroo, there are some limitations. This option requires manual start and stop of the music stream and limits the reliability of the system monitoring and system diagnostics from our side. It also lacks several other interesting features which are available when using our streamer.
Our streamer guarantees stable and reliable steaming service. The installation is very simple and once it´s done, no further maintenance or manual adjustments are necessary. It really is that easy so please don´t forget where you have put it :)
Set the start and stop times of the streaming service for individual days of the week in your Songoroo online account and our system will follow your instructions. You can adjust the times anytime as needed.
Internet outage is not a problem anymore. Songoroo streamer is able to keep playing music in offline mode for a certain period of time. Thanks to our system monitoring system you will be notified by our customer service about the possible problems with your internet connection or even electricity outages.
The ability to determine your exact location plays an important role in Songoroo Smart Music concept. GPS is one way how to do that, but this option is also not always 100% reliable, especially in big office buildings or shopping malls. The Bluetooth technology we have integrated in our streamers ensures reliable mobile phone location detection and enables or improves many of the Songoroo app features. It is also allowing us to offer a variety of business and customer behaviour reports.
Remote access to our devices and continuous diagnostics of the system allow us to detect and solve any possible technical issues before you even notice. Based on collected data we can then keep our system up-to-date with newest updates.
Other companies providing In-Store music are usually asking full price for streaming devices in moment a device is delivered to you. Songoroo decided to apply client oriented strategy, integrating the expense for the streaming device into our subscription fee.
