As soon as you create Songoroo account for your first venue, you will gain access to our Web-based Management Tool. The range of enabled functionalities depends on the subscription plan you have chosen for individual locations. However, you can rest assured that even the Basic subscription plan will give you plenty of control and you will be able to manage the level of interaction of your customers with selected playlists.
Assign roles and permission to your employees or external service providers on global, regional or branch level. Once done, they will get access to the music and playlist management, marketing tools or to Songoroo data analytics.
Choose from the catalogue of pre-defined playlists. Go crazy, try as many as you wish and monitor the reaction of your customers in our Music Dashboard in the Reporting Section. Adjust your selection until you are fully satisfied. Still not enough? Create your own playlist! The level of fine-tuning for every playlist and every location is completely up to you.
Every functionality and tool we offer allows you to customise all available settings within the level which best suits you and your organisation. You can choose to customise every location individually so that you create a special touch feel to distinguish them or you can choose the same setup for your whole organisation.

You have the full control. Set the rules and manage the Songoroo app interactivity level. Use Songoroo reports to find the fine balance between your customers´ and your own preferences.
Decide to allow or disable songs with explicit content in individual locations.
Exclude certain songs, artists or whole genres from playlists should you decide they don´t fit your vision.
Determine if and which songs can be added to an existing playlist. Premium package subscribers have the option to limit the number of songs the users can include in a playlist.
Disable the Boost and voting functionalities if you think that these might be disturbing or negatively affecting the overall music atmosphere in your individual locations.
Block adding any songs to the running playlist should they not fit the given criteria.
Stop the functionality allowing the users to dedicate songs and send instant messages to each other if this functionality does not fit your overall concept.
