As soon as you finalize the registration of your first premise, you can start using Songoroo solution via your computer. If you've chosen to use Songoroo streamer device, we will deliver it to you within next few business days. Songoroo streamer arrives pre-configired, therefore installation will not take more than few minutes.
Yes, we usually provide music streaming solution only, without any audio hardware. However, Songoroo is compatible with standard types of sound systems used for music reproduction. For technical requirements regarding audio device, please see section Music Streamer Setup. In case you would like us to provide audio system together with Songoroo solution, we will we're happy to do it.
No, whole installation process is easy and very intuitive, either you use your own computer or our streaming device. You do not need to undergo any complex setup, just to pick one of pre-selected playlists, fill in data about your company and premise where Songoroo will be operation, then plug-in streaming device to electricity, internet and audio system, Songoroo will start playing after few minutes automatically.
