How do I get an invoice for the Songoroo subscription?

Please log into your Songoroo client account at, go to the section Subscriptions & Billing. You can find all the invoices that have been issued to you in the screen Subscriptions & Payments. To generate an invoice, please click on icon for download in column “Export”.

Please note that only the users with permission to view and export invoices can access this section. If you need to grant access to this section to new users, this can be done by adding this authorisation to any role in the User Management section > Role Management.
