How to adjust GPS of a specific location

To make sure the location of your business is properly displayed in Songoroo mobile app, it is essential that location’s GPS coordinates are set properly. GPS coordinates are set either automatically during initial registration process or manually when the additional location is added to Songoroo platform.

If you have entered incorrect GPS coordinates or the location has been moved to another address, it is possible to amend the GPS coordinates any time via Songoroo client account, in  location detail. To change GPS coordinates for a specific location, please follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your Songoroo client account,
  • In the menu on the left side of the screen go to the section Venues > Venues List,
  • Search for the location where you want to make a change and click on it to get into location detail,
  • In the location detail screen, click on the “Update” button, located in the upper right corner,
  • Change the GPS coordinates and click the “Save” button to process the update.
