Changing Songoroo subscription plan

We currently offer 2 subscription plans, Basic and Premium. Detailed information about differences between these 2 types of subscriptions are available on our website www.songoroo.com in section “Pricing”, in the bottom menu. If you are interested in upgrading or downgrading the subscription plan of already registered location, please follow the below instructions:

• Log in to your Songoroo client account,
• Go to the section Subscriptions & Billing > Subscription Plan,
• In the screen Subscription Plan search for the location where you want to adjust the subscription and click on it to get to subscription detail of the respective location,
• Click on “Change subscription plan”, which will get you to the screen where you will be able to make adjustments,
• Finally, click the “Update” button to save your changes.
